ABOUT TILLER TINESThe material used for manufacture of HAMMER FORGED TINES is as per EN-9. For the procurement of raw material, we are associated with reputed suppliers of tested material and the test results are invariably obtained from the source supplier.All the prevalent designs of HAMMER FORGED TINES are being manufactured by us, some of which are highlighted hereunder. The HAMMER FORGED TINES manufactured & supplied by us are functioning to the entire satisfaction of farmers in almost every nook & corner of every fields, as the same are best suitable for variable soil conditions.
There is one more model in Massey type and that is shorter than the Massey model. The total length of this TINE is 585 mm and there are also two models in this range. One is 23 mm and second one is 26 mm of thickness.• MASSEY TYPE 1”X23” TINE

The material used for manufacture of springs is as per BIS:4454 Part-1 – Gr.2. For the procurement of raw material High Carbon Spring Steel Wire, we are associated for the last about 36 years with M/S TATA SSL Ltd., which is the only reliable product availability source in India for the manufacture of all above type of springs. And for locally drawn commercial quality springs, we procure High Carbon Wire Rod from M/S JSPL & ELECTRO STEEL For satisfaction of customers and for the sake of guarantee, the springs manufactured from wire are stamped duly engraved on the hook. The Wire chemical composition and physical testing is as hereunder. The test results of wire & wire rod are invariably obtained from the source supplier M/S TATA SSL Ltd. .& JSPL/ELECTRO STEEL.
